Refund policy
Due to increases in unrecoverable merchant fees over the last few years, any refunds offered will be equal to 95% of the original amount.
Shipping times
Orders usually ship out the following weekend after they are placed. Most orders will ship USPS Ground Advantage, which takes roughly a week to arrive, and includes tracking info.
International shipping
At present, we are not offering international shipping. However, some of games are in limited distribution through Quartermaster Direct in the US and EU. The best way to get copies is to check with your local game store and ask if they can get stock from Quartermaster Direct.
